WHAT CAN IEXPECT DURING MY SESSIONS?
・Assessment
During the assessment, I’ll inquire about your health history and past exercise experiences. We’ll also conduct a short workout to gauge your fitness level and give you a taste of what a session with me entails. If you’re ready to sign up afterward, I’ll provide you with further details and necessary documents.
・begin training
Once you’ve chosen your package, we’ll get started with your sessions. I’ll personally design a workout plan for you and be there to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and motivation. Sessions typically include a warm-up, cardio, strength training, and mobility exercises, all tailored to your preferences and goals.
・monthly assessments
I’ll track your progress and conduct fitness tests to check how you’re doing. These tests measure your endurance, strength, and flexibility and can be done at home or in the gym, depending on where you train.
・milestone achievement
As you near the end of your transformative journey and “successfully” complete your program, you’ll receive a milestone gift, this trophy to yourself is proof of your hard work to proudly showcase your achievement. It’s a moment to celebrate your dedication and remarkable progress towards your goals!
